Music Diversity & Inclusion Survey
The survey is now closed. We’ll announce the results soon.
We are researching whether discrimination occurs across the Belgian music industry and if so, to what extent and range. Therefore we want to investigate what diversity/inclusion in the workplace within the Belgian music industry specifically means to you and how employers can better cater to your needs and aspirations. Your experiences and feedback are important to us to help optimize the system the best we can.
Why do we need this information?
In order to better understand diversity in the current Belgian music industry we are assessing employees’ perspectives and thoughts on (in-)equality and diversity within the workplace so that we can:
meet the diverse needs of the community that we serve,
provide support on how to achieve equal opportunity for all people working in music.
This pilot survey will provide us with important information to help assess how well we are achieving the goals as described above. We plan to launch this survey every year, so that we can compare results, detect and evaluate trends and formulate suggestions.
As we will dedicate our resources to researching this, we are positive our knowledge and understanding of diversity management will grow. We also strive for a greater implementation of affirmative action within our own organisation.
We’d appreciate it if we could have 10 minutes of your time to complete our survey.
If you have any questions or are interested in finding out more please email: email@example.com with the subject line "Tell me more".
Thank you for your support!
Disclaimer: Please note, by providing us with personal information such as your ethnicity, you are consenting to that information being held and used by us ONLY for statistical reporting and compiling aggregate data. The data will always be anonymised and aggregated.
Shesaid.so Belgium is committed to striving for diversity in all its projects. We are conducting a survey within our community. By no means are we here to tell others how to run their business. We simply want to support diversity management in the Belgian music industry and contribute to the body of knowledge surrounding how the business acknowledges and addresses diversity. Should anyone in those fields feel inclined to help us with this research in the future, feel free to reach out. We will be happy to collaborate and appreciate your support on this.
